Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@mystore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated shipping location.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
